Head of Kitchen

Help shape the next chapter of Darcy’s

Darcy’s has grown from a neighbourhood coffee bar into a multi-location café brand — and 2026 will be a big year. With new locations, concepts and collaborations on the horizon, we’re looking for a Head of Kitchen to lead our culinary direction across cafés and events.

This is a hands-on leadership role where great food meets world-class coffee. You’ll be responsible for menu development, daily kitchen operations and team leadership — all with a strong focus on quality, creativity and consistency.

We offer something rare in this industry: primarily daytime working hours, close collaboration with management and real influence on how our food universe evolves as Darcy’s grows.
